Hotel vicino a Benefit Street - Providence

“We had a lovely one night stay here. The facility is very clean and the staff are helpful. The rooms are updated and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of buffet items and were constantly refilled. The location is within walking distance of many places in downtown Providence. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“Loved the spacious sweet with quality and Punta kitchen items. It was very comfortable and AC worked very well and loved having a ceiling fan. Shower pressure was a bit low and sleeper sofa mattress was a bit thin. Breakfast was the best buffet ever for this class hotel. Location cannot be beat.”

“The staff was available for every thing I asked and very kind in answering. There's a full kit of hairdryers in the bathroom so if you're looking for staying there you won't need yours. There's also a really nice restaurant right below the hotel, but it's quite expensive: worth every cents because the food and the staff are amazing, but if you're tight with money I don't recommend it. Just a very little bit noisy because there's also a karaoke bar near the hotel but it's reasonable. Definitely...

“Horrible stay, room smelled like smoke, had empty bottles of booze in it. The smoke detector was removed from the wall and they tell me after I don't get the security deposit back for these reasons. For the amount I paid I should have just got a hotel Also, so much noise outside until well past midnight”

“It’s a great bargain to stay here. It’s like a big house—it was a firehouse! Big kitchen, two big shared bathrooms (one is toilets/urinals and the other is two sinks and four shower stalls with doors, soap provided). Quiet place but it’s very close to businesses. Quirky history and friendly, helpful staff. After booking, a deposit paid by credit card online and identification card emailed to the host, are both required before check in key code is provided. “We rent two room, shower was rusted and bathroom door wasn't working, sheet and pillos smell like wet dog, and the second room when we walk in there was bags and suitcases still there. It was breakfast included. At 7 am it was only coffe for breakfast. Very disappointed since on the advertised pictures says the contrary.”
