This special price is for the bare minimum features, for just one room, a part of our four bedroom high end posh residence in a gated secure apartment complex. If you request for more rooms we can make it available. Extra luxuries are available at a charge.

We have 4 private balconies & two gardens, separate swimming pools for kids & adults & lots of play areas for kids & gardens to lounge in for adults.

Many beautiful music videos have been shot in the property.

The air is cooler than the rest of the city & pollution free due to the tree cover & gardens. We personally never need to use our AC & rarely use the fans.

You can stay in the heart of the city & yet be secluded from the noise and pollution and relax, or come here to experience a different kind of work from home. We are pure vegetarians & you can only use our in-house room service of Veg & Vegan food. We have a great menu that you will enjoy. If you wish to eat non veg or outside food, you can visit the many restaurants around here. They are just 2-5 minutes by walk.

We are flexible & are open to allow you to use the common areas like gardens, pool, gym, living & dining area, play area for kids, hammock etc. You have your own private balcony, chairs & table to relax or work.

You have access to a quaint kitchenette with an electric kettle, flask, glasses, plates, bowls, spoons & forks. Some tea bags, instant coffee, creamers, sugar & salt etc are usually available.

We prefer well mannered people who do not disturb others. If you have a well trained quiet pet, we have ample space for him or her to relax or play. Kids are welcome & can use our special toys, indoor slide & the designated play area.

A 40 inch LED smart TV can be used in the living space by adults or kids without disturbing others.

We offer free high speed internet & offer additional luxuries for a charge if you desire them.

You can consume only Vegetarian or Vegan snacks, lunch & dinner here. Order from our room service or eat at restaurants that are just a small walk away.

We request guests to use the dining room table & chairs to eat, to avoid spills & promote hygiene in the bedroom.

Breakfast is usually 2 Idlis & 1 Vada & Sambhar & Chutni at Rs 90 per plate. Please request in advance for this. Breakfast timings are 8 AM to 10AM.

The air is cooler than the rest of the city & pollution free due to the tree cover & gardens. This room has a private balcony and large windows with nets for lots of fresh cool air to come in. We personally never need to use our AC & rarely use the fans. We offer excellent duvets from IKEA for you to stay warm at night.

Usage of the kitchen for more elaborate cooking will depend on availability & will be chargeable based on your needs.

Cycles available at Rs 100 a day for adults & kids on prior request.

Airport drop or pickup by a luxury car is possible based on availability on prior request.

Bangalore is a city with the best weather in India. Our residence being situated close to many lakes, trees & defence land is relatively unpolluted & much cooler than the rest of Bangalore. You will not need the AC or even the fan. AC usage will attract an extra fee. Hot water is freely available in the bathroom. Try our Veg/Vegan diet and detox & rejuvenate.

Traffic in Bangalore is a big pain point. One loses a lot of time & much money going from one place to another.

Our residence is located in a sweet spot near Phoenix Mall of Asia, Hebbal junction. It is close to the city centre, provides easy access to Manyata Tech Park, IT companies, the old world charm & also to the Bangalore International Airport.
