This apartment is for the exclusive use of guests: they will reserve and have exclusive use of the entire apartment (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace, if applicable). In addition, guests have access to the building’s common areas (elevator and communal spaces) and, if booked, up to 2 parking spaces available in the building’s garage (not included in the price).

We like to be available to guests at all times, but without being intrusive.
