  • Exclusive design apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.

    70 m² accommodation that is beautiful and renovated, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay, and the city.



    It has an elevator, high-speed internet access via fiber (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community pool + children's pool open during season (05/01 to 10/31), outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Smart TV televisions, iron, hair dryer.



    The American kitchen with an induction island, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



    - The key delivery and check-in is done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, Bajos Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

    - A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

    - Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

Absolutely perfect property and location

Location and views were perfect. Had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. No long mirror for getting dressed for going out this is a big negative especially for women.

Great location, great views.

Location was brilliant and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Perfect if you’re wanting a quieter stay but not too far from the nightlife if that’s what you’re into. The drains were quite smelly and the shower in the main bathroom flooded.

Peaceful, relaxing, excellent position, well equipped.

Apartment was beautiful, spacious and excellent views. The entrance to the block of apartments is dated and so is the lift. But then you walk into this stunning apartment. Just lacking a safety deposit box and some long mirrors on the wall.

Appartement moderne avec une très belle vue. Lits confortables, deux salles de douche, petit panier d'accueil et bien fourni en ustensile de cuisine. Quelques manques d'entretiens ou mauvaises finitions, seulement une paire de clé, une heure de check in trop tardive (a partir de 16h30, cela me parait tard).

Wonderful views from a beautiful apartment.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Weather was wonderful and food very good. It’s a perfect location. Beautiful views from the balcony. We’ve been to this apartment twice upto now and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you. Perfect. Loved it. Love there’s 2 bathrooms. Very much needed.
