Questa VILLA; casa Gio-Indra, in tipico stile spagnolo è decorata secondo uno standard molto alto che consiste in;

Piano inferiore; un salone con 3 posti rilassanti; 1 x 3 posti, 1x 2 posti e 1x 1 tavolo per banchetti, TV.
Una cucina completamente attrezzata con un grande frigorifero / congelatore, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, spremiagrumi, ecc ...
E un piccolo bagno (doccia, lavandino, wc).

Piano superiore; Un ampio bagno (vasca da bagno ad angolo, WC, lavabo, asciugacapelli, asciugamani da bagno), 1 camera da letto con 2persbed e spazioso armadio + 1 camera con 2 letti, ampio armadio e una stanza extra con un sedile pieghevole con 1 o 2 letti supplementari.

La villa è dotata di un sistema di allarme e di aria condizionata / riscaldamento nel soggiorno e nelle camere da letto. La villa offre WiFi gratuito e TV con IPTV.

La villa è a pochi passi da un grande supermercato e alcuni bar.
Solo 10 minuti in auto per le spiagge di Guardamar e Torrevieja e vicino a numerosi centri commerciali, ristoranti, campi da golf e parco acquatico.

La nostra villa è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto di Murcia e Alicante (entrambi gli aeroporti a circa 30-40 minuti di auto).

Our 4-night stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! The property exceeded all expectations – it was beautifully maintained, incredibly well-equipped, and the private swimming pool was an absolute highlight. We spent hours relaxing by the water, and it truly made our holiday special. What truly set this experience apart, though, were the hosts, Peter and Hilde . Their hospitality was outstanding! From the warm welcome to their constant availability, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a quick question or a small request, they were there with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for. The house itself had all the amenities we could ask for – a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and clean, modern spaces. It’s clear the owners take pride in their property. For a short getaway or a longer vacation, this is the perfect spot. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Thank you, Peter and Hilde, for making our holiday unforgettable! Highly recommended!

Location perfect for us as just across the road from my father’s house. Short walk across track to supermarket. Pool clean and larger than expected. Outdoor space perfect, my youngest enjoyed playing darts everyday.

The Villa was all we. Could have asked for and we all had a fabulous week lazing around the pool. The local shops and amenities are a short drive away and the town has all you could ask for in respect cafes, and restaurant's.

Die Villa war in großen und ganzen schön aber leider nicht so sauber wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Wie haben sehr viele Lebensmittel mit Ablaufdatum von teilweise 4 Jahren entsorgt und den Boden nochmal gereinigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich bei Problemen gekümmert. Vielleicht sollte man auch erwähnen das man für die Klimaanlage separat auch zahlen muß., was in der Anzeige nicht stand.

Check in was easy , didnt realise you have to pay for the AC whilst staying ( must of missed that on the decription) Sadly the pool floor was green when we arrived and water was cloudly, contacted sue and within the hour the pool guy arrived , he did have to come back a few times as it was still cloudy and needed to be cleaned.

Wir haben uns sofort im Haus und in den Aussenanlagen wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, fantastischer Pool (Poolman 2x die Woche, ganz früh morgens, sehr freundlich) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Küche komplett eingerichtet, Zimmer und Betten großzügig und sehr bequem. Großer Fernseher, der allerdings nicht über einen Satellittenanschluss verfügte, sondern mit dem vorhandenen Internet verbunden ist. Von daher Möglichkeit für Netflix und iTV vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher zu Sue, der Keyholderin, die sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat und auch der Besiitzer selber war für uns erreichbar. TOP, anders kann man den Aufenthalt nicht bewerten oder beschreiben. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Très beau séjour Maison et piscine conforme à l’annonce. Environnement très calme et agréable mais résidence avec beaucoup de retraités donc les deux adolescentes n’ont pas pu échanger avec des gens de leurs âges. De belle visite à faire autour comme Alicante Torrevieja ou encore Carthagène. Les gérants sont très agréable et joignable à tout instant. Le point faible est la climatisation qui est sur un compteur a par donc lorsqu’il y a plus de kWat il faut payer pour en avoir à nouveau.

Estuvimos 10 días muy bien la limpieza todo bien desinfictado lo único que no me gusto el aire acondicionado no está incluido en el precio hay que recargarlo aparte por lo demás muy contenta la piscina muy bien el patio la cocina todo equipada

Bonne organisation pour la prise et la remise des clefs. Villa conforme à la description photo et texte. Dave et les propriétaires sont disponible et réactifs en cas de besoin ou moindre question. Nous y sommes allé en famille avec deux enfants (5 et un an), la piscine est vraiment un atout par cette météo (propre et bien entretenu). Le reste est fait pour que l'on se sente comme à la maison et profite de l'extérieur (barbecue, ombre avec pergola etc) En gros nous recommandons... Merci à Dave, et Orionna.

We contacted the owners prior to arriving at the villa and they put us in touch with their Keyholder Dave. We asked Dave to buy in some items for us arriving as it was later in the evening. When we arrived, Dave was waiting to greet us and had provided the items we asked for to get us started. The villa was so clean and we felt at home from the start. It was very well equipped. Not once during our stay did we think ‘oh we could be doing with this or that’ everything was there. The outdoor space was fantastic. Lots of furniture in different little bits of the garden. The bikes were also a fantastic bonus and were used during our stay. The fridge in the garage gave great extra storage for drinks. The area was very quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. There was always a lovely welcome breeze in the garden. At the top of the road there was a dirt track you could walk along in only 8 mins and get into Quesada. The owners Stany and Oriana, and Keyholder Dave were superb throughout and communication was excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again.

The wife and I booked this villa for a relaxing week away. It's in a quiet location between Benijofar and Quesada and if it's a quiet/secluded place your looking for where the pool is not overlook this is ideal for you. Comms were great with Dace who'll take you through all you need for a relaxing stay. Location suited us as it was only a 15min stroll (along a dirt track 100 yards from the villa) to all that Quesada had to offer, plenty of bars and restruants to enjoy. Would highly recommend.

La estancia cumplía lo que buscábamos: zona tranquila, amplia zona exterior, cómoda y privada, piscina de buen tamaño. Disfrutamos de los 9 días de estancia aunque hay algunos aspectos que, como sugerencia, podrían mejorarse: - Algunos elementos exteriores deberían renovarse, como por ejemplo las fundas de las hamacas - Dejar paquetes abiertos de alimentos de anteriores inquilinos no genera buena impresión. Como información adicional de interés para futuros inquilinos: - La barbacoa es de gas (no de carbón o leña) - El aire acondicionado tiene un uso limitado a una cuantía. Se puede ampliar con un pago extra. - El garaje no es apto para dejar el coche aunque no hay problema de aparcamiento en la calle.

Nous revenons de 15 jours de vacances dans la maison d'Oriana et Stany. C'est une maison agréable et paisible. Nous avons apprécié nous prélasser au bord de la piscine et de bénéficier du matériel laissé à notre disposition (parasol et chaises de plage, les vélos...). Nous y avons trouvé le repos par le calme, la sérénité qui y règne, tout ce que nous cherchons pour nos vacances. La maison et son environnement sont très propres. Il y a tout le confort, des fauteuils relaxants (très relaxants !), la climatisation, le grand volume des pièces, belle piscine, deux réfrigérateurs, la douche extérieure (appréciable à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit)... Nous vous conseillons la playa Del Campos pour les baignades en mer ;-) ! Super accueil et villa ! Oriana et Stany sont des hôtes très disponibles et aux petits soins.

Mooie villa en ook een rustige buurt en ook alle benodigdheden in huis. Enige minpunt: Werd wel onterecht beschuldigd van diefstal van een paar schilderijen die in de kast lagen omdat mijn kinderen deze eng vonden en in de kledingkast hebben gelegd en achteraf ook geen excuus gemaakt na het vinden van schilderijen. Vindt het jammer dat zo snel wordt gezegd dat we ze hebben gestolen terwijl ik dat noooit zou doen. Voor de rest was het een leuke locatie met een mooie zwembad ook.

My husband and I stayed for a week at this beautiful villa, we have two children and we felt, safe and secure and at home. The housekeepers (Dave & Sue) had cleaned the home to a high standard and remained in close contact throughout the stay ensuring everything was ok. The villa owners also contacted us whilst there to make sure we were enjoying their piece of paradise. It is a quiet location, walking distance to Quesada (dirt track at top of the road) and a slightly longer walk to Benijofar (same dirt track and walk along the road or alternative dirt track). I wouldn't suggest walking these routes after sunset and us Google maps. Quesada is a town full of English homeowners and Benijofar a little more touristy but still very pretty. Plenty of supermarkets and little shops for gifts. Quesada Aqua Park is perfect for younger children, my children (6&10) could use all of the slides and it was much cheaper than other waterparks. A car is definitely required if you want to venture out and about, we travelled 10 minutes to Guardamar which has fabulous beaches and early morning Churros, 15 minutes to Torrevieja and 40 minutes to Cartagena a Roman Theatre in the region of Mercia. Alicante is 40 minutes drive. The Villa has beach chairs and parasols for the beach, washing machine, and second fridge in the garage perfect for ice lollies, water and beer whilst chilling around the pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and places to stay in the shade. The pool is a perfect size, but it is deep. My children can swim and were able to use the entire pool. We took our own inflatables but there are some in the garage including a pump which saved me blowing up 3 rubber rings! The kitchen has everything you need including plastic cups and plates for the children. We ate at the Villa most evenings as the children would be in the pool until 7pm. The TV has Netflix and I was able to sign into my account. Although the temperature during our stay was around 35+ it was a breezy location and this cooled us down and kept the children cool. I would definitely return to this villa and I would highly recommend to families wanting a relaxing break. Thank you for letting us be the first non-family guests at your home.
