La camera disponibile non era quella prenotata e prepagata! Si sono profusi in mille scuse e proposto un rimborso della differenza. Dopo 3 giorni ci hanno spostato in una stanza, migliore ma ancora non corrispondente a quanto pagato. Al check-out, puntualmente restituita la differenza!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. when I arrived there was nobody at the office. eventually someone came but the room was not ready and had to wait for them to clean the room. check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4 pm and did not get the room until 6 pm
