Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful, bright living space with access to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher) and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee machine. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people and enjoy the living room to relax, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.



The accommodation has three bedrooms. In the entrance, two of them have access to a shared veranda: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the second with two single beds (80x190 cm). Further on, the third bedroom also includes two single beds (80x190 cm) and offers access to the balcony. It should be noted that the single beds can be brought together to form three rooms with double beds.



You will also enjoy two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, the other with a bathtub. A second independent toilet completes the set for added comfort.



A private outdoor parking space is also at your disposal.
