The Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers you this 120 m² east-west facing house for rent in Bénodet, close to the sea, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises a 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms (one with shower), a bathroom (with bath) and a 1,600 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and shower area (with washbasin)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2 and 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: bunk bed (sleeps 2) and cot
- Bathroom (with bath)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A lovely, private, enclosed garden of 1,600 m², not overlooked and with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Guided tour of Biscuiterie Garrec (specializing in Breton crepes and cakes) approx. 2 min by car (1 km)

- Free concerts in the village of Benodet in summer, approx. 5 min by car (3.5 km)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot in front of the house (1 vehicle) or on the residence grounds (up to 3 vehicles).
