“Clean room and good bed. Perfect when just traveling through.”

“The bed was very creaky and not as comfortable as I am used to in a hotel.”

“Cabin 16 had lovely flowing waters behind it, a great stay for the price. Very no frills camping similar to a state park rustic cabin in terms of space. If there had been tents at every site booked it may have felt more crowded but our stay in Spring was private and peaceful.”

“Property was clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The pool table lacked a cue ball and they couldn’t find it. The TV was good, but the reception was glitchy, losing sync so often that watching a movie or basketball game was difficult at best.”

“Property was perfectly located to the Pitt University Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center where we enjoyed the Motown Show. The staff was very helpful. Checkin was easy. Rooms were very clean. Free breakfast was great, too. Close to Walmart and restaurants. PJ”

“Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B”
