Proprio sul fiume! Completamente progettato dall'alto verso il basso per una vacanza. Nuovissimo rimodellare situato direttamente sul fiume San Giuseppe con un lotto 1/2 in più per il campeggio e la privacy. Una rara e unica Riverwalk in cemento corre per tutta la lunghezza della proprietà, oltre 300 piedi direttamente sul fiume, offrendo viste incredibili tutto l'anno! Questa è una proprietà molto speciale e unica di cui sono davvero innamorata ed entusiasta di condividere con te! Open Concept Design è adatto per intrattenere. C'è una grande sala enorme con soffitti a volta e un camino. Ottima vista sul fiume dentro e fuori! Oltre 2.300 piedi quadrati di spazio finito per il tuo divertimento. Ci sono Smart TV Roku in tutte le camere, comprese le camere da letto. Vi è abbondanza di spazio per parcheggiare le barche e lasciarle ancorate durante il vostro soggiorno. C'è un piccolo varo sulla proprietà. Siamo PET FRIENDLY! Questo è un posto in cui vorrai tornare ancora e ancora! Informarsi su noleggio kayak e parcheggio camper!

The property was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, very clean! A family favorite was to just watch the river go by out the beautiful windows! It soon became a favorite of our dog and grandson too! This property is close to shopping and attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood! About 20 minutes from Silver Beach County Park in Saint Joseph, a great way to spend a day!

We were in town for my son's wedding in Benton Harbor. We loved our mornings in front of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room watching the fog come off the river and morning coffee. We slept great in the master bedroom and had an overall great stay.

We had a nice stay here . The home was recently updated , clean and well appointed . We enjoyed the area , close to just about everything we wanted to do . James was easy to contact , and responded to calls in short order !!

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

This was such a perfect retreat for my immediate family of 4 and my parents. The house is clean, and beautifully renovated with nice closet systems in each bedroom. We enjoyed fishing from the backyard and watching the river from inside the home.

The description of the property was accurate. The host was responsive and provided clear guidance before and during our stay. This home met all the amenities my group was looking for and more! James is an amazing host & great with communicating. He was very attentive to our request and met them. The property had breathtaking views of the river and provided us with all the fishing space we needed! I would highly recommend this spot.

The property is beautiful. It was so peaceful on the lake, hearing, and watching all the little animals. Nearly everything you would need is provided. The communication from booking through our entire stay was excellent. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Fishing off of the dock/river edge was lots of fun. Caught some catfish and watched the boats. The only issue we had was the baby items displayed online were not in condition to use. They were stored in a room in the back of the house so we had to purchase a pak and play for the baby. I don't want to give a poor review on that one issue as it only applies if you are vacationing with a baby.
