“Great decor. Quite spacious and also very clean. Also the owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Only complaint is that you can hear noises from vehicles passing by in the middle of the night whilst sleeping in the front bedroom. ”

“We went o a trip as a group of 10 people and we got 2 rooms and the check time was 3:00 and we got there at 3:01 and went we went to the desk the is no one there only security they dad we don’t have a room we were they a there deck for 2hr”

“We came and the guard didn’t let us in, we waited for 4hrs and keep coming back and cannot reach the host as per the guard, we booked 1 night to another hotel and came back the next day and still can’t reach the owner, I called the Expedia and saying the host said we are no show… really? We spent money for booking and no show? Waited outside for many hours and that’s what we got? I need the money back!”

"The photos are very pretty but the rooms are old. The breakfast section is really poor given that it’s 4 stars hotel. They asked for the deposit for the stay but there is nothing I can take anyway in the room, there is not even mini bar. At the check out they didn’t even check the room so what is the point of asking deposit. Sound ridiculous "

"Struttura di alto livello, pulita, confortevole. Vicina ma non vicinissima alle Torri Petronas, comunque raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Colazione superba. Consiglio le camere executive che danno accesso alla lounge con cibo e aperitivi compresi."
