“Nice accommodations except there was no body wash in the shower, and I didn't notice until I was in there. Breakfast was okay, waffle mix was empty and had to wait until the desk person could get the kitchen worker to respond. The worst part was workers outside near the door smoking.”

“Great if cheap and cheerful works for you - particularly as it's around the corner from the Luray caverns. However would consider this a motel rather than a hotel and cleanliness could be better, we found a dead bug on the floor. It feels the hotel has started to renovate and make things better but needs more investment and time to upgrade everything to align with other Quality Inn locations.”

“Cleaning staff would say she cleaned take out old stuff and not replace towels or toilet paper. You would go to front desk they would give you the items but insist the room was made over. Beds were not comfortable. 5 days scheduled only ended up staying 3. Front desk was good mildly disappointed.”

“It was lovely hotel. Check in was very smooth and easy . The room was clean and comfortable. I’m a pillow and mattress person. The mattress was excellent the pillows were probably amazing but they definitely need to be switched out for newer pillows. The only complaint is that the doors are very thin so you can hear people’s door shutting and conversation”
