“Staff was incredibly friendly but the bathrooms were dirty. Sheets and bedding we all clean just the shower had a lot of mold/mildew and hair from pervious stays. In their defense, the property also looked like it was going through some type of renovations. Excellent location. Very convenient to Starbucks and various food options.”

“Firstly the location of the hotel is not the location on the map in the listing, it’s 10 minutes away from there not best the water. Arrived at the hotel tired was told no tvs work in the hotel, I have an 11 year old who was bored, couldn’t use iPad as wifi and service was horrible. key card never worked most of the time, went to get reactivated and the older man on the desk was rude. The power went off in the night for about 5 hours no air conditioning so the room was very hot, the beds are...

“It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination.”

The only issue we experienced was that we were not allowed to use the washer and dryer after 8:00 p.m. As a result, I had to leave the property and go to a laundromat to wash my son's baseball uniform for his game the next day. It would have been much more convenient if guests had access to the laundry facilities later in the evening, especially for situations like ours.”

“Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.”
