  • Discover a romantic getaway for two in our charming 2-room apartment 2, featuring a magnificent view of the Achterwasser.

    The 58 m² of living space features a cozy bedroom and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The ground-floor terrace makes the apartment ideal for couples.

    Immerse yourself in total relaxation: Our spacious 150-square-meter wellness area entices with three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a relaxation room, and a small fitness area. Free access allows you to walk there comfortably in your bathrobe without leaving the building.
    As guests of the Residenz am Balmer See, you can pre-reserve beach chairs in Heringsdorf (for a fee).

    A free underground parking space and free Wi-Fi are available. Please note that Wi-Fi connectivity may vary due to the island’s geographical conditions.
