Welcome to our gorgeous, exclusive vacation apartment at Balmer See BS22, which is certified with 4 DTV stars.

Our individually designed apartment features light colors and a maritime ambiance. The 2-room apartment (41 square meters) in an apartment complex on Lake Balmer is ideal for 2 people and invites you to enjoy a restful and relaxing vacation.

From the enclosed balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Achterwasser and the Düker, from noon into the evening hours.

In the tastefully furnished living room, you can relax on the cozy pull-out couch (1.60 m) or in the TV armchair and enjoy the view of the balcony and the sun through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher.

After an eventful day, you can unwind in the gorgeous bedroom with a comfortable hotel-style box-spring bed. The bathroom is furnished with attention to detail and features, among other things, a floor-to-ceiling shower, a cosmetic mirror, and a hair dryer.

The 150-square-meter wellness area, featuring three different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area is located on the first floor and can be easily accessed via the elevator in your bathrobe without leaving the house.

There is also a laundry room on the first floor.

Our entertainment package includes a large flat-screen TV and internet radio in the living room. Inside the building, one floor below, is the wellness area with 3 saunas. You can also use the elevator to reach the parking lot in the underground garage.
