* On the 2nd and last floor of a recent secure residence, (without elevator), with a private parking space and close to all amenities, the studio consists of:
* an entrance hall with fitted cupboard,
* a beautiful living room with kitchen area
* Fully equipped kitchen area (sink, 3-burner induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, top fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee maker and coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and storage furniture).
* a sofa that can be converted into a 140x190 bed, good sleeping quality,
* a TV cabinet, TV 80 cm
* table, 2 chairs and 2 stools
* a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower screen, a sink, a washer-dryer and an electric towel radiator.
* Separate toilet.
* Bay window with roller shutter.
* Water and electricity included, no Wifi.
* Bicycle storage
* 1 private parking space in the residence, which is very appreciable since parking has now been paid since the summer of 2023 in Berck from April to September
* No Wi-Fi

Bed linen and household linen (sheets, towels, dish towels) is not provided. It can be provided, on request, for 40€ per week.
Deposit check of 50€ on arrival to guarantee the cleanliness of the accommodation (cleaning and dishes done on departure).
