"I made a reservation, and when I got there, the front desk told me there were no rooms available. Also, while I was waiting in line, a customer asked to be moved to another room because of mold in the one he was given. Unless you like this type of service, you can stay at this hotel."

"Checked us into a room that was already occupied and then said they were sending a key with an employee that never showed up. Had to go back down to the desk and I ended up finding the employee that was supposed to have had the new room key and she said she forgot. Will not stay there again."

"I should’ve known the room was going to be uncomfortable and dingy when I seen the big “no refund” sign on the computer. I asked the lady at desk why is the sign there? I said are the rooms bad? She said no. Sure enough went in rooms were very old. And outdated, fine we were only staying one night. ..."
