“Everything was clean, well decorated. The rooftop hot tub was a little more public than we were hoping for but once it got dark out it was fine. “DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an extra hundo AFTER THE FACT for a pet fee even though I disclosed at check in that my service animal was with me. I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE”
