I reached out to everyone but no one helped me to refund the remaining days. This is not good at alll . even after taking the insurance did not help me . Moreover owner was not ready to accommodate this . This is really a bad experience for me .”

“Best place to have a party of any sort”

“Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.”

“You get what you pay for. My room smelled like pee and the bathroom was not clean. There was pee on the toilet seat.”
