“La stanza assegnata al Sesto piano con -5 gradi fuori era senza termosifoni la tempesta rilevata era 16 gradi . Dopo due ore finalmente cambiano camera anziché fare un upgrade e scusarsi mi assegnano una camera inferiore al prezzo che ho pagato tipo ripostiglio, macchinetta rotta del caffè e finestra rotta con un palo di ferro accanto il letto. Un albergo veramente deludente Imparata cosa significa CUSTOMER SERVICE ”

"The hotel is in a splendid location along the river, with convenient parking in the adjacent square. The town centre is easily accessible on foot via a pedestrian bridge over the river. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is disappointing. They are spacious and well furnished but a little austere."
