Modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Terrasse by Interhome

A 70m² house on one level awaits you. The living area with open-plan kitchen is approx. 35m² in size and has modern furnishings. Here you will find a cosy living area, a large dining table and an LCD TV as well as a radio with CD player. The kitchen has a large fridge, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven and a microwave. Of course, there is also a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and Senseo machine. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 double beds, one 180x200cm and one 140x200cm. There is plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms. The bathroom has a large shower and a WC. The entire house is fitted with tiles or laminate flooring and all windows are fitted with pleated blinds.Outside there is a terrace with seating and a barbecue for your own exclusive use. A trampoline is available for active children.There is also an outdoor terrace with a seating area and a barbecue for your exclusive use. We offer a trampoline for active children.Our small and quiet village Tilzow is situated in a quiet and central location, about 2km south of the district town Bergen auf Rügen. It is an ideal starting point for tours by car or bicycle across the island of Rügen. The well-known Ralswiek natural theatre, where the annual Störtebeker Festival takes place, is about 10 km away. The nearby Baltic seaside resorts (Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren) are between 15 and 25 minutes away by car. Various shopping facilities and restaurants are within a radius of 2.5 km.
