Camera spaziosa, con una vista non eccezionale ma comoda, dotata di tutti i comfort, con un letto comodissimo e con il sempre apprezzabile pavimento riscaldato in bagno. Hotel davvero molto bello. La colazione è eccellente e viene servita nella Food Hall che è stupenda. Posizione perfetta: fra porto, quartiere dei musei, Bryggen e funivia tutte le attrazioni sono a 5 minuti di distanza a piedi.

Great stay. Air-conditioning was not working , when we wanted cooler air during the night and we would not open the windows due to street noises.

Absolutely perfect location, amazingly good restaurant (and breakfast), lovely staff who go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and having a great stay. What’s not to love?! Highly recommended. Oh, and a beautiful room too.

Wunderschönes Hotel, Frühstück in den Frescohallen unglaublich schön und gute Auswahl. Auch das Abendessen definitiv einen Besuch wert. Super zentrale Lage. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Zimmer sind allerdings echt kühl und die Matratzen etwas weich.

Perfect location for sightseeing. Good restaurant options. Nearby ferry for tours. Beautiful restaurant within the hotel. Lovely journey via the cable car to reach Mount Fløyen.

Hotellet ser fint og innbydende ut, men servicen er svært dårlig, og komfort på rommet er heller ikke bra. Designmessig meget pent, men upraktisk med særdeles dårlig lys og ingen steder å sette fra seg noe på badet. Total oversvømmelse når man dusjer. Det verste var likevel mangel på service og villighet til å tilrettelegge. Vi hadde på forhånd ringt for å forsikre oss om noen viktige detaljer, og fått positive tilbakemelding, men da vi kom viste seg det seg at det de hadde opplyst på telefon ikke stemte. Vi hadde heller ikke fått noe informasjon om at frokosten først begynte kl 08.00, noe som gjorde at vi ikke rakk å spise ordentlig før vi måtte dra. Middagen i restauranten var helt grei, men man forventer mer på et slikt sted. Piggvar, som flere av oss bestilte , var tørr, oversaltet og både den og grønnsakene svømte i fett. Servicen fra en sur og arrogant servitør var fraværende. Totalopplevelsen er at dette overhodet ikke står i forhold til pris eller andre hoteller i samme klasse.

The best thing about this hotel is the gorgeous old stock exchange room where we had breakfast. It was beautiful and the breakfast buffet had many options. The room was average - probably worth it to get one of the more unique room options. The bed was comfortable, however it was loud in comparison to other hotels we stayed at during our trip and the bathroom design isn’t great because water gets in places it shouldn’t be. My recommendation would be to stay elsewhere but eat a meal there or to stay, but get one of the more unique rooms rather than generic one.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Everything was exceptional except for the wait staff in the restaurant who I thought were unhelpful when asking them for some information about breakfast. The front office staff were particularly efficient and friendly.
