“The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was really good also. ”

“Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. ”

“I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. The bed was made, everything looked up to par until I went in the bathroom. The bathroom was a disaster with feces inside of the toilet”

“Not good as it's looks, they don't provide breakfast, in the hallway it's smell ad they charge me extra for checking out at 11:30 i know every hotel u should leave at 12PM”

“It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty.”
