The Space:

Cool mountain air drifts through towering windows as you settle into a two-story living space framed by wooded views on all sides. Evenings invite you to gather by the wood-burning fireplace, while quiet mornings offer a chance to watch the landscape slowly come alive with the sounds of spring. Whether you’re here with family or friends, the setting encourages both connection and moments of calm.



Living & gathering

The heart of the home is an open living area with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the space, creating a natural spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Smart TVs and Wifi support movie nights or catching up on work, and two desk areas provide space for remote tasks when needed. A dining area nearby makes it easy to come together for meals or games.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a breakfast bar that invites casual conversation over coffee or snacks. You’ll also find a dining table ready for shared meals or planning the day’s activities.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are spread across three levels, offering a variety of sleeping options:



* Bedroom 1 (main level): Queen bed with attached full bath

* Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed with shared full bath

* Bedroom 3 (upper level): Full bed with shared full bath

* Bedroom 4 (upper level): 2 Twin beds with shared full bath

* Bedroom 5 (lower level): Queen bed with jacuzzi tub



The home includes 3.5 baths, with a full bath on each floor.



Outdoor living

Step outside to experience the changing season. The screened-in porch and wraparound deck offer a place to sit and take in the surrounding woods as spring greenery returns. A fire pit creates a gathering point for evenings under the stars, while the hammock and outdoor seating provide quiet corners to relax during the day. You’ll also find a BBQ grill and an outdoor ping pong table for casual entertainment.



The property is just steps from hiking and walking trails, with additional access to community tennis courts, a basketball court, and a recreation field.



Location

Set in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, the home places you close to a variety of local attractions. Coolfont Resort and Berkeley Springs Brewing Company are less than a mile away, while Berkeley Springs State Park, Cacapon Resort State Park, and the shops and galleries of historic downtown Berkeley Springs are about a 10-minute drive.



Pet Policy:

We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Guest Policy:

Primary renter(s) must be 25+.

All guests must be declared and may not exceed occupancy.

No unregistered guests.

Violations incur a $250 fine per violation and may result in cancellation without refund.

Security cameras located at the front of house only. No interior cameras on property.



While the neighborhood community does have a pool, unfortunately, it is not available for use by Blue Maple guests. While the pool is off-limits, we’re happy to recommend nearby swimming spots, parks, or other fun local attractions if you’re looking to cool off or relax!



Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!
