This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath retreat is perfect for your family, friends or small group getaway. Each bedroom has a private bath with access to a deck. Enjoy 2 living areas, 3 fireplaces and a gaming area with air hockey and foosball. Decorated with modern decor and farmhouse touches throughout, you’ll also enjoy the openness of the fully stocked kitchen with beautiful views and breakfast bar, perfect for catching up with your guests. Plenty of seating (inside and out) for a family fun game night and parking for the whole group. Outside you’ll enjoy a spacious deck and grill - perfect for the grillmaster in your group. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a good book on the screened in porch while taking in the beautiful mountain views. Dandelion Lodge has a little something for everyone. We’re also dog-friendly!

Additional Sleeping Accommodations: 2 Sleeper Sofas in the lower Living Area

Beyond the chalet itself, we love how close to everything we are -- particularly the on-site community where you’ll have access to tennis courts, basketball court, a rec field and community hot tub and pool area (hot tub and pool open Memorial Day-Labor Day).



Great Cacapon State Park and the historic town of Berkeley Springs are both just a short drive away. The park is free to enter and has miles of hiking trails, a beach and small lake, golf course, horse stables, and a clay shooting range. The town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US; the shopping, spa, and restaurant scene does not disappoint!

1. Coolfont Resort (distance from house - less than 1 mile): A relaxing atmosphere and opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature. Berkeley Springs Brewing Company (distance from house - less than 1 mile): After a day of exploring, relax at Berkeley Springs Brewing Company, where you can sample craft beer made right in the area and listen to live music. It’s a cozy spot to unwind and chat with locals and the best part is you can walk back to the chalet from there!.



3. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 10 mins): One of the most famous attractions in the area. Known for its natural warm springs, the park features historic bathhouses where you can relax in mineral-rich waters. The park also has lovely walking paths, a gazebo, and a beautiful pond.



4. Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 10 mins): Hiking, picnicking, and stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. It’s an excellent place for outdoor activities like hiking, golf, and wildlife watching. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, the park’s Cacapon Mountain trail provides an excellent hike with panoramic views.
