*Cancellation Policy: A $25 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations.

*Septic systems: Our septic systems are fragile, items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Additional charges will apply in the event you cause a clogged toilet.
Additional Charges May Apply for the Following:
$500 – Smoking inside the property or leaving smoking debris outside.
$100 per item – Moving or relocating furniture.
$450 – Damage to HVAC due to improper thermostat settings (below 68°F in summer or above 75°F in winter).
$200 – Trash not bagged/disposed of properly or left behind.
$250 – Improper use or damage to the hot tub.
$90 per occurrence – Clogged toilets due to misuse.
