“The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. “Good location, unfortunately we didn't enjoy the Golf green being there just 2 nights as business trip. The rooms were confortable and well dimensioned, the TV was not always working well, as well as the internet connection, not abailable in the room area where I was accomodated. The restaurant, as well as the breakfast, were really good.”
