Arcos - 1 bedroom in Tiergarten

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Arcos is a fabulous, one bedroom apartment in Tiergarten, part of Berlin’s historic center- Mitte. Spend your days soaking up the city’s fascinating history, or take a stroll around the famous park from which Tiergarten gets its name. When done for the day, make sure you have the right home to come back to.

The open living and dining area has been creatively designed in our grassland theme. The wooden furniture and flooring have been used to spectacular effect to create the perfect environment to relax in. The apartment has ample shelf space throughout, to help with those personal touches. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, and features a large breakfast bar for extra space.

The artful design continues into the large, double bedroom, flooded with natural light. The bedroom is beautifully furnished, and comes with a dedicated workstation, so guests can feel right at home, even when at work.

The bathroom is also spacious, classily decorated, and includes a bathtub. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
