• Bonus den and workspace (main level): Also located downstairs is a versatile bonus room featuring a dedicated workspace and a comfortable full-size fold-down Murphy bed, with easy access to the main floor's half bathroom. • Parking details: You have access to a private two-car attached garage and a dedicated driveway (maximum of 2 vehicles). To maintain community safety and aesthetics, the HOA strictly prohibits on-street parking.

• House rules: To ensure a pristine environment for all guests, this is strictly a smoke-free and pet-free residence. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests are expected to follow all community guidelines, including strictly enforced quiet hours.
