Welcome to our beautiful grassland-themed apartment, Bera, located in the heart of Mitte, Berlin. The vibrant and trendy Mitte neighborhood has an abundance of the city's best cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions. From world-class museums to picturesque parks and bustling markets, there's always something new to discover in this vibrant neighborhood. With 95 square meters of living space spread over two floors, our duplex apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, ensuring that your stay in Berlin is truly unforgettable.

Featuring 2 spacious double rooms, both with comfortable queen-size beds, plenty of storage, and rustic wooden touches, reminiscent of the grassland. One of the rooms even has a door leading to the terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the surrounding area. Plus, with a cozy sofa bed in the living room, our apartment can accommodate friends and family as well.

Bera also features 2 modern bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can get ready for the day in comfort and convenience. Whether you prefer a quick shower or a relaxing soak in the tub, our bathrooms have everything you need to feel refreshed and energized.

Relax and unwind in our spacious living room, which features a dedicated workstation, perfect for catching up on work or checking your emails. And with a charming grassland theme, you'll feel like you're staying in a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city.Enjoy the convenience of a fully furnished kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals at home. And with a rustic dining table, you can enjoy your meals in style while taking in the views of the city.

Step outside onto our beautiful terrace, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the fresh air in a serene and peaceful setting. Plus, with bike storage in the backyard, you can easily explore the city on two wheels, taking in all the sights and sounds of Berlin at your own pace. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
