Nice cottage with a lovely view
This small, clean and well-stocked house is in a seasonal gated community. April is off-season and the area was wonderfully quiet. The unimpeded view was gorgeous. Had a small problem with the heat, the response was very fast and the problem fixed immediately.

Nice place With a view of the water
We truly enjoyed viewing the sunrise each morning. One small suggestion would be to relocate the sofa so that you have the best view of the sunrise. We had our puppies with us and it was a nice relaxing time. Thank you.

Very enjoyable
The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The snacks were a surprise and went well with our morning coffee, our weather was not great but we still enjoyed the view and watching all the birds. Our little pup enjoyed it to. Would highly recommend it for your stay. The owner checked in to see if we needed anything and correspondence was great. The only thing my husband missed was his news and weather on the TV. 😃 we did use the chromecast to watch comedy shows. All in all a great stay. Thank you Jessica

Wonderful Mini Vacation
We arrived at this beautiful cottage and fell in love! It was clean, modern and very nicely appointed with all the things we needed. The kids (and mom) were so excited with the cute snack basket. We appreciated the clean linens and all the beds were made up and ready for us. All we had to do was unpack. The views are beautiful!! Everyone wants to come back next year!!

Loved the bay cottage
Five stars. The cottage was as expected. It was clean & comfortable. The location within the neighborhood had a great view as well as close to the pool. It was nice that the owners contacted us after check in to see if anything was needed. I highly recommend this place .

The property was very clean and neat. Jessica was super responsive and gave us suggestions of places to eat that were family friendly. The whole process was easy and we are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommend!

Quiet and relaxing
We enjoyed our quiet stay! The bed was comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside seating was a wonderful option when the sun and temps allowed. The community was quiet during our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our week away from home.

Beautiful view
We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. The views each morning were amazing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. And, we enjoyed the community amenities, like the dog park and kayak launch. I’m sure it’s even better in the summer with the two pools and community activities. The house is also very close to Assateague island and Ocean City as well as restaurants and the grocery store. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lovely little home for weekend away
This property is a cozy little home with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The views of the bay and marsh are spectacular. The community has great amenities, is perfect for families, and is a short drive to Assateague Island. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice cottage with a beautiful view and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The community is located just 10 min from the Assautuge Island. The owner -Jessica is very sweet and knowledgeable about attractions and places to eat. The cottage is very clean, bright and roomy. It has the most buauteful view from the deck and large panoramic vindow! We truly enjoyed our tranquil and comfortable stay, thank you!!

Best weekend getaway
Jessica is so friendly and accommodating! The cottage was perfect. Close proximity to any and everything we wanted to do. Assateague Island is a must see! We will definitely be back!

We can't wait to go back!!
This property is incredible!! Clean, bright, everything you need for a home away from home. The property owners were very nice and super responsive. Even checked in during our stay to make sure all was good. The best part was watching the sunrise with my coffee every morning on the back porch. We already want to rebook for next summer.

Wonderful View
The property is amazing! The owners are very responsive. We were met with fresh cut flowers from the garden and a bowl of snacks after our long drive. The cottage was beautifully designed, roomy and private. The location was wonderful and the neighborhood was friendly. It is definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Perfect little house
This is a great little house for exploring Assateague and Berlin. The house and yard are so cute. The house was well apportioned and the yard & view made every morning and evening so special. The people of the area are very friendly. Jessica & David were so helpful and responsive. We would recommend this to our dearest friends. Thank you again!
