A Wonderful and sweet one bedroom apartment, great for our small family

We enjoyed "The Rose" apartment and surrounding neighborhood. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and had a nice area in the kitchen to sit snd have coffee/breakfastThe place is actually larger than it looks in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise, with a good sized bedroom, a good sized living room and the entry and kitchen area. Three distinct areas. The host was kind and it was easy to get into the place. I would recommend this place to others. The other people around the apartment complex were kind, the entire place was warm and full of plants and flowers.

Sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung

Die Bilder im Internet haben nichts mit dem Objekt gemeinsam.Es war sehr enttäuschend für den Preis.Toaster defekt , Wasser nur lauwarm, Wohnung kalt, nur 2 Messer zum Besteck vorhanden.Ein kleiner Fernseher im Schlafzimmer vorhanden, da gehört er wohl eher nicht hin.Kein Fernseher im Wohnzimmer.Die Schlafcouch sehr durchgelegen.Die Umgebung war okay. Sehr netter Zweiradmechatroniker (Harley).Super Kneipe um die Ecke (bei Kerstin)Rewe ganz in der Nähe, die Bäckerei ist in der Nähe, aber sehr sehr teuer.Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, allerdings sehr teuer und nur mit Münzgeld zu zahlen.Wären ca.34 für 24 Stunden parken gewesen.

Also erstmal ein kleines Dankeschön für die Tipps rund um ihre Wohnung und für die schnelle Rückmeldung bzgl Schlüsselübergabe. Leider fanden wir die Unterkunft jetzt nicht so prickelnd. Das es eine Wohnung im Hinterhof ist, ist nicht das Problem gewesen. Man kam in den Hauseingang rein und klar Altbau ist nun mal Altbau , aber überall waren Spinnenweben und das Laub von draußen. Die Vorhänge müssten dringend mal wieder gewaschen werde, die Türen müssten vom Staub entfernt werden sowie die Rohre im Bad. Es wäre schön gewesen einen Duschvorhang zu haben, wir hatten kein Problem damit das die Toilette mitten im Raum ist, aber wer geht schon gerne auf die Toilette wenn hinter einem geduscht wird, was mit Kindern durchaus mal vorkommt. Es wäre auch schön gewesen wenn man nicht von außen direkt in die Küche schauen könnt. Zur Mülltrennung hatten wir keine Infos gehabt. Die Flasche Wein hätten wir gerne genosse, aber wir hatten keinen Öffner dabei. Also im großen und ganzen war diese Wohnung für uns leider die Bewertung der Vorgänger nicht im Einklang mit unserem Eindruck

Top Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Apartment Rose sehr zufrieden, würden es Freunden empfehlen und auch selbst wieder dort buchen. Es handelt sich um eine typisch Berliner Wohnung: im Hinterhaus gelegen, eigenwilliger Schnitt, knarzende Holzfußböden, hohe Decken mit Stuck. Natürlich mag man in so etwas nicht dauerhaft einziehen, aber für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt war es mehr als okay. Das separate Schlafzimmer, in dem neben dem Doppelbett noch ein schmales Bett für 1 Kind steht, war ein Bonus und Grund für die Buchung. Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig genug, um auch einmal einen verregneten Nachmittag gemütlich auszuwettern. Keine Einwände in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte mit ein paar weiteren Utensilien (Schere, mehr Gläser und Tassen, ein anständiges Brotmesser) von "geht so" auf "sehr gut" verbessert werden. Dass es Grundzutaten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Olivenöl, Rosmarin gab, war sehr hilfreich. Man kann sich wunderbar selbst verpflegen. Der nächste Bäcker (FRÜH kommen, denn er ist sehr gefragt) und der nächste Rewe Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr war ausgezeichnet. Nur 2 S-Bahn-Stationen bis zum Potsdamer Platz. Wer den Tag mit einer Joggingrunde eröffnen möchte, hat den Park am Gleisdreieck direkt vor der Nase. Sehr unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out.

Berlin war enttäuschend

Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Anzeige nicht den aktuellen Zustand des Apartements. Es war alles recht heruntergekommen. Man hat zwar versucht alles liebevoll aussehen zu lassen (Karte zur Begrüßung war sehr nett), aber der Küchentisch fiel fast von der Wand, die Kochstelle war nicht sauber, das Bad war ok. Was uns jedoch (neben dem allgemeinen Zustand) am meisten gestört hat war, dass die Wohnung total dunkel war.

Stark muffiger Geruch, Forderung zusätzlicher Bargeld-Zahlung

Die Lage am Südende des Parks am Gleisdreieck ist gut. Bei der Wohnung selbst handelt es sich jedoch um eine stark muffig riechende, recht feuchte und dunkle Wohnung im Hinterhaus-Parterre. Entgegen der Beschreibung als "alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von zuhause gewöhnt sind" verfügt die Wohnung außerdem u.a. über keine Waschmaschine und ist auch bei Geschirr und Besteck eher knapp ausgestattet. Bei der Kommunikation über das Check-in-Verfahren wechselte die Vermieterin auf private E-Mail und verlangte dort zusätzlich zu der bereits über Fewo-direkt gezahlten Miete die Zahlung eines zusätzlichen Geldbetrags ("Touristensteuer"), der beim Auszug bar in der Wohnung zu hinterlassen sei.

Een ruim appartement in een multiculturele wijk dicht bij het centrum, 300 m van de U-bahn. Alle high lights goed te bereiken. Het appartement was schoon en compleet ingericht.

Cool spot in great location

Stayed in Berlin for 8 days. Apartment was spacious enough for long stay. Older but that was part of what made it cool. Location is great, very close to good S/U station, and the neighbourhood is cool as well.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz, etwas dunkle Altbauwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist echt fantastisch, 3 min zum Supermarkt, 4 zur S-Bahn, 2 Stationen zum Potsdamer Platz. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Zudem kam echter "Mittendrin-in-Berlin"-Feeling auf, weil die Gegend ein "normales" Wohnviertel ist. 1 Stern Abzug, weil es sich um eine ziemlich dunkle Altbauwohnung mit niedrigem Standard handelt, das war so (jedenfalls für uns) in der Annonce nicht sichtbar. Damit sind wir aber klar gekommen, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Berlin.

Buchung und Kontakt

Die Buchung war unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin Frau Prillnitz hat sehr schnell reagiert, die Schlüsselübergabe einfach. Eine liebe Begrüßungskarte und eine Flasche Wein warteten in der Wohnung auf uns, perfekt. Die Wohnung hat Charme und ist nett eingerichtet l.

Familienurlaub, 1 Woche

Das Appartement gefiel uns gut, gute Lage, es war auch bei hohen Außentemperatur angenehm kühl . Wir waren für 1 Woche in Berlin, 2 Erwachsene, zwei Teens, wir hatten genug Platz. Keine Waschmaschine, kein Fön, für uns letztendlich kein Problem.
