Sono un vecchio cliente dell'hotel prima Concorde e poi Sofitel che ho sempre scelto per la posizione e per i servizi ottimi ora con la scusa della pandemia il mini bar è vuoto e viene riempito solo su richiesta non c'è room service (servizi attivi negli altri 5 stelle della città) il lounge bar un giorno è stato aperto solo dopo le lamentele di un cliente e non è stato in grado di darmi una fetta di torta alle 15.30

Leider vollkommen intransparent und unseriös, was die eigenen Stornierungsrichtlinien anbelangt. Hotel hält sich nicht an Zusagen, die den Rückzahlungsbetrag bei einer Stornierung anbelangen. Nach monatelangen Nichtagieren des Hotels erfolgt nach Rückfrage keine Autorisierung des Erstattungsbetrages. Für einen Aufenthalt vielleicht geeignet, bei Stornierungen vollkommen ungeeignet und nicht zu empfehlen und einer solchen Hotelkategorie unangemessenes Verhalten an den Tag gelegt.

Wenn ich im Dorint Buche habe ich eine gewisse erwartungshaltung. Der Check in verlief sehr Kühl. Weder wurde uns erklärt Wo und wann es das Frühstück gibt, noch wurde auf den Wellnessbereich eingegangen. Parkplätze muss man erfragen. Sämtliche Informationen muss man dem Personal aus der Nase ziehen. Das Personal ist keineswegs unfreundlich aber es tut eben nur das absolut nötigste. Die einrichtung des Hotels hatt die besten Tage hinter sich. Die Zimmer sind eher Altbacken. Punto Sauberkeit geht für mich garnicht. Überall im Zimmer eine Zentimeter dicke Staubschicht, Socken vom vorgänger im Mülleimer und Klebrige reste an Fliesen und Holzverkleidungen. Das die Betten schön groß sind ist super, das man bei 3 Man belegung aber eben auch nur dieses eine Bett im Zimmer hatt geht für mich garnicht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist einzig und allein das Frühstück. Fazit: nie wieder...

Wir sind öfters in Berlin, aber zum ersten Mal im Dorint.Der Service ist gut.Frühstück ist gut, aber bei der Preisklasse könnte man andere Brötchen erwarten, dass hat sich aber fast schon im jedem Hotel durchgesetzt, aber auch hier war der Service gut..Das Zimmer war Ok mehr aber auch nicht. Nicht falsch verstehen, die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, das Hotel bzw die Zimmer sollten eventuell mal renoviert werden. Für ein ,zwei Nächte reicht es aber. Es gibt aber bessere alternativen.

Parfait. Calme, chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner copieux. Il faudrait juste prévoir une bouteille d'eau par jour dans la chambre ainsi que la possibilité de pouvoir se faire un café.
