Goditi la fresca brezza sotto il portico coperto, grigliati sul ponte o prova a pescare nel cortile sul retro. Ti sentirai come se fossi su una proprietà sul lungolago! Questa casa è arredata con gusto e mostra l'orgoglio della proprietà. Amerai il piano piano aperto pur avendo una seconda zona soggiorno e un soppalco per scappare. La cucina ben fornita è pronta per le tue creazioni culinarie e c'è la connessione wi-fi per quelli di voi che devono "rimanere in contatto".

La comunità di Ocean Pines è situata in posizione strategica a Ocean City, Assateague Island, la storica Berlino e Salisbury. È il luogo perfetto per le famiglie con eventi sportivi a Salisbury, che desiderano godersi i numerosi campi da golf locali o vogliono essere in una posizione strategica per tutto ciò che la zona ha da offrire. La comunità dispone di 5 piscine, un campo da golf a 18 buche, diversi laghi, campi da tennis, campi da basket, percorsi pedonali, parchi con campi da gioco, lancio di barche e molta pesca. Ci sono molte attività nelle vicinanze per la famiglia, come fantastici ristoranti, minigolf, go-kart e un parco acquatico per citarne alcuni. Per gli adulti, ci sono molti negozi per lo shopping e l'Ocean Downs Casino è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Non dimenticare di pianificare una notte a guardare le gare del cablaggio!

family pods make the livin easy

This was a great choice for us. we had kayaks and made use of those off the dock a little tricky a ladder would be sooooo great. quiet. screened porch great for dinners. three separate seating areas make it easy to relax not all be on top of each other. ONLY SUGGESTION - STOCK THE KITCHEN! Not enough forks spoons big bowls for salads etc. quick trip to walmart is all. other wise, clean pretty, beautiful view Ill return if we decide to do Ocean Pines again

Great vacation home!

We had an amazing time. It was a very nice place and we had a nice relaxing week. My son was very upset that we had to leave and he told me I should buy the house. We may stay there again soon

80 degrees inside.

At around 2pm every day the house would begin an unstoppable spiral in temperature until it was 80 degrees inside by 9-10pm. The upstairs master bedroom was unbearably hot and even hotter than the rest of the house. It’s a shame because the house was very nice with a beautiful view.

Nice place. Deck boards and one sliding glass door needs maintenance but functional. Outdoor glass table in enclosed porch was very dirty. Disappointed that previous renters did not empty dishwasher, left dirty rags in washer, and outdoor garbage cans full of garbage. Put cans out for pickup but the garbage truck bypassed them. Luckily we didn’t have much garbage and we were able to fit into cans. Refrigerator was set on highest setting when we arrived and we didn’t realize the temperature until our produce in bottom drawer and eggs on shelf were frozen and had to be discarded.

Good but needs work

Pictures are overexposed. In reality not as bright. Would renovate/upgrade lighting, deck, and some of the furniture. Otherwise this subdivision is nicely located and has lots of amenities. House itself is probably average for this location.

The property is perfect for a family getaway. We fished and crabbed right off the pier almost everyday. The rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely return again and can’t wait to make more great memories there :)

Family vacation

It is a quiet and tranquility location. Easy access to Ocean City, MD. While we can enjoy the sun and sands when we want, and also have a peace and quiet home to go back.

Pretty place on water

We thoroughly enjoyed being on the water. The view from the large windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the back deck just taking in the peacefulness of it all. The home was well kept and the layout met our needs. We didn’t mind the 15 minute drive to the OC beach. We ended up getting some pool time at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. It was $10pp for the day. It was convenient to the beach for having an outdoor lunch and drinks. We would definitely like to visit again.

Beautiful home in perfect location

We were very pleased with this rental. The house is beautiful, well maintained, very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and conveniently located to so many things! We absolutely loved the screened in porch! It was very easy to communicate with both the owner and the property manager. We would highly recommend this house for anyone who is looking for the perfect home in the perfect location!

Second time around

My 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter (all adults) returned to this house a second year for our girls' fun weekend. Like last year, found it to be all we expected. Very clean and accommodating. Despite chilly weather during our stay, we were able to relax and enjoy our long weekend, and even managed to purchase and enjoy crabs. There's no shortage of eating places and shopping, that's for sure. Had a great time and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Spot

I don’t think the pictures does this place justice. Everybody within our party was extremely amazed by how put together the house was. And they had crab pots on the side of the house we managed to catch a couple blue crabs. Great house, I would recommend this place to friends and family.
