Dear guest, We deeply regret that we couldn't win you with the high comfort and guest oriented service our H+ Hotel generally is appreciated for. Please believe that the satisfaction of all guests is our highest priority and that we work hard each day to meet our 4* standard. Therefore we are sad not to have reached your expectations of a pleasant stay and we are sorry for all the mentioned inconveniences. Actually all of our rooms have been fully renovated only a few years ago and aren't old although we apologize for any kind of uncleanliness which will be discussed with our housekeeping team as it is very unusual. For breakfast we do offer cakes as well as pancakes with maple syrup and we regret that obviously it didn't please your craving for sweet products. As a matter of course we will hold a consultation about your complaints internally and hopefully your future trip to Berlin will suit your conception to the fullest.
