Benvenuto nella tua vacanza in Ocean Pines. Parcheggio fuori strada per 4 auto accatastate e parcheggio in strada, se necessario. Entra nella casa attraverso un bellissimo portico coperto coperto con un'altalena per due e una bella area salotto, un posto d'amore e due sedie con grandi ventilatori a soffitto, ti sentirai come se fossi seduto nel tuo salotto ma fuori.
Questa dolce casa dispone di 3 camere da letto e due bagni completi, camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno privato. La camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera 3 ha un letto full size.
Una cucina completamente fornita, perfetta per preparare un pasto serale, un pranzo in spiaggia o un intrattenimento. Con un mangiare in cucina o una sala da pranzo adeguata c'è molto spazio per tutta la famiglia.
Accogliente soggiorno con molti posti a sedere e camino funzionante che rende questo noleggio perfetto tutto l'anno.
Solarium per tutte le stagioni con divano, sedia e pouf, tavolo da pub alto per 4 e mobile bar rifornito di bicchieri.
Dogie porta nella stanza del sole, abbastanza grande per 100 libbre cane che porta al cortile recintato. Cortile ha un grande ponte, area di sabbia con pozzo del fuoco, grill e molti posti a sedere all'aperto.

The property is exactly as described and has everything to make your vacation stress free! The property was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything. The beds were comfortable which allowed for a great night sleep after a sun filled day. Nancy was always available, even late at night when we were lost and had trouble finding the house. Overall this was a great stay and I have already informed Nancy we will be back next summer!

Nice house and perfect location

The house is as pictured. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. House is very well stocked. We took our two dogs and it was nice to let them run in the fenced in back yard. Owners are very prompt in getting back to you. Will definitely stay here again!

I’ll start by saying the home is exactly as pictured—beautiful, well-decorated, and located in a lovely neighborhood. It was also physically very clean on the surface. However, the moment we walked in, we were overwhelmed by a strong odor of urine and ammonia. Despite attempts to air it out, the smell persisted and made the space unlivable.The first night was unbearable. The odor was so pervasive that we couldn’t sleep, and it only worsened overnight. Given that my partner is pregnant and became extremely nauseated from the smell, we had no choice but to make other arrangements for our health and comfort.We informed the host the next morning, explained the situation, and kindly asked to cancel the remainder of our stay—offering to pay for the night we had already used. Unfortunately, the host dismissed our concerns, insisting the home had been professionally cleaned and citing her positive reviews (though the most recent one was from October 2024). After that, she stopped responding entirely. Only after we contacted Vrbo for assistance did she reply again, claiming we hadn’t given her a chance. I genuinely loved the look and feel of the house, but the odor was unbearable and seemed embedded in the furniture and various parts of the home. While we understand this is a pet-friendly rental, this level of odor is not acceptable. I’ve attached screenshots of our conversation with the host to support our claim and hope Vrbo will help us resolve this matter.

Nice quiet pet friendly place

We had a great stay especially because of how dog-friendly it was! It was wonderful to arrive and see dog bowls already set out for food and water—such a thoughtful touch. The space was comfortable, and we appreciated having a pet-friendly place to relax.That said, while the house was generally clean, it could definitely use a deep cleaning to freshen things up. It didn’t take away from our stay, but a little extra attention to detail would make this place even better.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to fellow pet owners looking for a welcoming spot to stay!

Jeep Fest

Loved the home inside and out!! The front porch and backyard were very inviting for sitting outside. Lots of seating. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It’s close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. It was well stocked with amenities. It was filled with natural light during the day and well lit during the night. Beds were comfy. Decor in every room was just the right touch. Looking forward to staying here again.

5 Star Stay

This home is spacious, yet cozy. It has every essential you may need. Big, fenced-in yard was safe and fun for our dogs. Very short distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a turn-key, easy check-in and check-out. I would love to stay here again.

OC short trip

We have had a sadvtrip but nothing to do with this rental. I spoke with owner right before we left. She was very nice n helpful. My husband had food poisoning yesterday. She said if we had to stay longer due to his illness she would call her hotel connections to help us. She went above n beyond in answering any questions n trying to help us.

Bring the dog!

The house and fenced-in yard was perfect for us (three adults visiting family in Bishopville). Our small terrier loved barking at all the squirrels. The living room was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were perfect. Nancy was very responsive and helpful. Excellent choice for visiting the area!

Another Awesome Stay

We stayed for THanksgiving week with family and had an amazing time. This is our 2nd stay here and will be booking again for sure. Everything in the house is so comfortable and "homey" we didn't want to leave. Backyard is great for our dog and location is perfect. I cant say enough great things about the house the how great the hosts are.

Family Celebration of Life

We were there for the anniversary of the passing of my wife's father. Family from as far west as Texas arrived. The event was held at Ocean City just a few miles away. Nancy stayed in touched and even asked if we needed any additional items as this became the hub for cooking and food prep. Place is pet friendly, the grill worked great and the space amazing. Thank you Nancy for being an outstanding host!

Perfect Getaway!

My little family of three, plus two pups, loved the location of the home. It's 7 minutes from the beach and walking distance to ice cream, bagel shops, a deli, and a few restaurants. The community has a few lakes for fishing and a beautiful golf course. The house had everything we needed, plus a few added touches that made our stay comfortable. There was a little jar of dog treats that I used to train the pups for the doggie door! There were extra towels (just in case), beach chairs, and the perfect fenced in backyard for pups. We will definitely be back!
