Ubicazione vicinissimo alla stazione, quindi strategico... Ma per il resto, non ci siamo proprio. Check in e Colazione più che discreti. Camera pessima: letti tipo accampamento con pseudo materassi molli e cuscini talmente molli che quando ti appoggiarvi ti chiudevano il volto. Camera sprovvista dei confort basilari. No ciabattine, no accappatoio, no minibar ( o meglio c'è il frigo, ma vuoto ). Niente acqua di cortesia ( trovata sempre negli altri 2 alberghi prima di questo ). Ciliegina sulla torta. Prenotato e pagata camera già da maggio. Quando faccio il check in si prendono 50 euro dalla carta di credito x cauzione e spese tassa soggiorno. E fin qui ci sta. Dall'estratto conto mi risultano i 50 euro "bloccati". Stamattina, a distanza di 2 gg che ho lasciato l'hotel, mi arriva una notifica di addebito sulla carta di oltre 300 euro. Chiamo hotel.com che chiama l'albergo... Praticamente NON si erano accorti che avevo già pagato a Maggio. Ora... L'importo dell'albergo era 600 euro... Tu stamattina me ne levo 300 dalla carta... Fate voi ogni altro commento... Se veramente NON vi risultava pagata mi avreste contattato. Inoltre avete autorizzato un importo senza la mia presenza in albergo. ( Occupando inoltre tutto il plafond rimanente della carta ) Delusione totale e inaspettata vista la qualità degli altri alberghi in cui ho soggiornato in questa lunga vacanza.

La posizione è comodissima. La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Ho bevuto un caffè in camera il primo giorno, la tazza sporca è rimasta lì fino a quando sono partito tre giorni dopo. A colazione c'è troppa confusione. Aria fredda in camera non regolabile.....

Close to the train station was a good location. We loved that it was so walkable to the main points of interest and close to the River bank park area. The main lobby bar was very nice to have a drink at the end of the day. Comfortable beds and great shower! Room was a nice size and modern. Lots of storage.

The loaction of the property was very unique everything was accessible quite easily the best part was transport. The bit I did not like was the pillow it was very uncomfortable.

Insgesamt wirklich sehr gut. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal dort. Das einzige, was ich nicht gut fand, war, daß man wählen konnte, daß man kein roomcleaning möchte, dafür dann einen Getränkegutschein erhielt, aber es kam die ganze Zeit niemand vorbei, um z.B. Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen. Das durfte ich mir an der Rezeption selbst abholen. Das fand ich wirklich nicht gut.

Travelled as a solo traveller hotel was absolutely fantastic. Staff were so helpful and friendly with any questions. The free travel card was a huge bonus especially being so close to the HBF. Loved the hotel and Berlin I will be back very soon. Only thing I would change is maybe I will ask next time for some extra pillows in the room as they are quite thin. Thanks for a great few days away!

The hotel is 5 min walking from Berlin Central Station and therefore it is very well connected. Unfortunately, as for all the stations in the big cities, it may be a little unsafe at night. The hotel is clean, my room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Staff is friendly too. I may consider to get back in future.

The single beds we had were terrible. There was very little support in the mattresses and they really sagged in the middle when you laid on them. The staff found us another room with singles but the beds were just as bad.
