Welcome aboard! Our Luxury Houseboat in Berlin-Steglitz-Zehlendorf offers you an extraordinary living experience right on the water – ideal for couples, short-stay travellers, or anyone looking for something truly special. The houseboat is permanently moored and does not sail, allowing you to enjoy the maritime atmosphere in complete peace and quiet. On request, a dinghy can also be rented as an add-on – perfect for relaxed excursions on the water.
Your Home on the Water
The houseboat is lovingly and comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay:
In the cosy living room with open kitchen, you can wind down beautifully after an eventful day. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for guests or spontaneous overnight stays. The bedroom features a generous king-size bed for restful nights. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Self-caterers will feel right at home here: a fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle, as well as cutlery, plates and glasses are all provided – everything you need for a relaxed breakfast or a home-cooked dinner.
Two Terraces with Water Views
A particular highlight are the two terraces – one at the front and one at the back of the boat. Enjoy your morning coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening, while the gentle sound of the water lapping against the boat works its magic.

Excursions to Potsdam are also well worth it – Sanssouci Palace and Sanssouci Park are only around 10–11 km away.
