Prima volta a Berlino
L’hotel è posto in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo di Berlino, vicino a luoghi di interesse artistico e commerciale. Ottima l’accoglienza e la sistemazione nella camera, ampia e fresca in questi giorni di caldo intenso. Un buon punto di partenza per un soggiorno a Berlino, che abbiamo girato in lungo in largo per tre giorni di fila. Vicino all’hotel ci sono molti ristoranti e caffè, rinomati anche per la loro storia e architettura. La prima volta a Berlino, in un NH Hotel, valeva la pena!

Great location
Great location, just few steps from K'damm . Rooms a bit tired but well sized and maintained. Small lobby. Breakfast too expensive (didnt try) but many options nearby. Easy in house parking.

albergo un po' decentrato
Per raggiungere la stanza assegnata bisognava fare un lungo e tortuoso percorso prendendo due diversi ascensori e percorrendo vari corridoi Insomma uno scomodo labirinto Il treno passa a lato delle camere quindi la stanza era rumorosa Il personale della reception non era molto cortese : incapacità di fornire informazioni sui mezzi di trasporto e sulla città

A 5 fermate dal centro
Ho te situato vicino al centro nella via dello shopping. Colazione molto buona specialmente i loro deliziosi waffel. Le camere sono molto pulite moderne e confortevoli. Di fronte all'entrata c'è un ristorante tedesco molto buono

Vicinissimo alla zona shopping

Posizione centrale e vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Servizio internet pessimo. 12 minuti per tre pagine senza poter fare check-in online. Addebito (contestato e rifiutato poi stornato) Euro 4,55. Il wifi gratuito è buono. Stanze sulla strada leggermente rumorose ma molto funzionali e comode.Bagno pulito e moderno ma eccessivamente stretto. Colazione inavvicinabile al costo di 22 Euro a persona-giorno.

Staff giovane e gentile
Hotel in centro, a due passi da una fermata della UBahn e situato in una via molto tranquilla. Personale giovane ma efficace e disponibile. Mi hanno concesso con molta serenità di tenere la camera un paio d'ore oltre il limite consentito. Le camere sono pulite anche se non eccessivamente ampie.

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro per lo shopping
Siamo stati io e mia moglie 4 notti e posso dire che siamo stati molto bene . Unico neo e' che la colazione e' troppo cara e siamo stati costretti a farla fuori . Un hotel del genere dovrebbe darla compresa nel prezzo.

Friendly staff, great hot breakfast, perfect central location, nice restaurants nearby for the evening meal, close to shopping, walking distance to Zoo and to some sightseeings. Hotel has old and new part, our room in new one was great. Right next to hotel we enjoyed Van Gogh cocktail bar with live music.

Very pleasant stay!
We had a pleasant time staying at the hotel, we were worried about the noise being close to the railway as some of the reviews stated, but the room we had was not that close and there was no noise issues. Alexander at the front desk was very helpful in helping me print my boarding pass before my flight! The only issue was the cleaning lady barged in for 2 days straight at 10am where we were still in the room getting ready to head out, she didn't knock or ring the doorbell before coming in so we had to request for cleaning out room later at the front desk. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay :)

Das Einzige, was überzeugt hat ist die Lage und Parkierungsmöglichkeit. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Toiletten im Empfangsbereich waren schmutzig und mein Zimmer wurde zum ersten Mal nach drei Tagen gereinigt und auch nur weil ich dies an der Reception gemeldet und darum gebeten hatte, dass man doch mindestens mal den Müll wegräumt. Das Mobiliar ist stark veraltet, an einigen Stellen defekt und Polstermöbel schmutzig. Der Sessel und das Sofa in meinem Zimmer habe ich nicht genutzt, da sehr schmuddelig. Tassen im Zimmer wurden teilweise weggeräumt aber keine Neuen hingestellt. Das angepriesene Fitnesscenter besteht aus genau zwei Geräten, wovon eines ein Laufband und das andere eine Kraftstation ist. Insgesamt definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Standart. Ich werde das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Leider kann ich die Probleme in Ihrem Zimmer nicht nach vollziehen, da Sie anonym gepostet haben. Sonst hätte ich das direkt mit unser Housekeeping Abteilung besprochen.Ich freue mich aber sehr Ihnen mitteilen zu können das in diesen Tage unser lange ersehnter großer Umbau beginnt. Es werden alle Zimmer umgebaut. Das geht von "kleinen" Dingen wie neuen Matratzen, Sofas und Sesseln bis hin zu großen Arbeiten wie Umbau von Badewannen zu begehbaren Duschen und kompletter Austausch der Möbeln.Ebenso wird unser komplettes Restaurant umgebaut. Austausch des Bodens, komplett neue Möbel und ein größeres Buffet.Wir rechnen mit Abschluss der kompletten Arbeiten Ende April 2023.Vielleicht kann ich Sie ja doch überzeugen uns noch einmal eine Chance zu geben. Das Hotel ist schön und auch in einer guten Lage. Allerdings hatte ich ein Zimmer das direkt neben der Bahnlinie liegt das heißt ein paar Meter vom Zimmer im zweiten Stock fährt alle paar Minuten eine S-Bahn oder ein Zug Ratternd vorbei. Es gibt in diesem Modell auch andere Zimmer und wenn man dort. Sollte man wirklich fragen ob man dann ein paar Meter neben der S-Bahn schläft.

Great location, friendly staff, big rooms
Comfortable room with lots of space. Had to ask for coffee pods etc but absolutely fine and no problem getting them. Room cleaning not great. We were there for 4 nights and floor was not cleaned and my son had dropped bits of food on it which were very obvious. Coffee cups wiped out rather than replaced with clean ones. Confusing configuration of hotel to begin with but fine once you’ve figured it out. Sauna quite nice and son enjoyed the little fitness suite. Fantastic location, everything on your doorstep. We didn’t book breakfast as it’s more authentic to go out and have coffee and pastries in one of the local places 😊

Top Location! We did not fully appreciate how good the location is until we got to the hotel. One block from the subway that takes you everywhere and in a quiet street close to everything and full of nice restaurants and cafes. Btw, the famous Cassambalis restaurant (a must do in Berlin) is just across the street. Overall same NH hotel experience (budget hotel, with good internet and A/C, which not always a standard in Europe depending where you are). Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a consistent NH experience (similar to a HolidayInn in the US) without breaking the bank. We always stay at NH hotels in Europe because of the consistent experience when in a budget and this hotel follows the same path!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The location is Amazing, with everything just steps away, including a train station, a metro station, an organic grocery store, restaurants and shops!
