    The Space:

    Row-end privacy, scenic water views, an on-site pool, and a great location close to nearby attractions are all yours at this brand-new townhome at Sea Oaks Village! Completed in 2023, this newly built retreat comes fully furnished for comfortable modern living. A private balcony and rooftop deck offer your choice of outdoor living venues, each complete with scenic views of the community pond. A private gas grill is provided for summertime cookouts. The on-site pool adds an added dose of sun-soaked leisure. Great golf options like Eagle's Landing abound within easy reach of home and you'll also find some great family entertainment options within a three-mile radius, including Frontier Town Waterpark, Baja Amusements, and the Ocean City Boardwalk.



    The home's four-story interior comes beautifully furnished from top to bottom with stylish decor and all-new amenities and appliances.



    Serving as the home's central gathering place, the second floor features a spacious, open-concept design blending the kitchen, living, and dining areas. A plush sectional and smart TV set the stage for family movie nights. The impressive full kitchen boasts a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space you'll need to inspire gourmet meal creations. The balcony off the dining area is an ideal spot for morning coffee.



    The fourth floor features another sofa and smart TV for flexible home entertainment, along with access to the roof deck.



    A plush papasan chair provides a comfy reading nook in the sunny downstairs bonus room.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful home in Ocean City Maryland

The home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for me and my family. Plenty of space for a large family. We really enjoyed our time together in the house. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great place for a large family.

This house was perfect for our family. The loft was perfect for the kids to have their own space while the rooftop deck allowed them to be outside. The four bedrooms were perfect for all of our family to sleep comfortably. The open layout on the main floor was great for spending time and hosting dinner.

Beautiful property. Great layout. Wonderful location.

This is a brand new house. Beautiful and comfortable. The layout was perfect for a large family with lots of space and beds. The kitchen is beautiful and clean, lacking in a few kitchen items, but is expected with a new place. The neighborhood is lovely with families around and felt very safe. The location is close enough to the harbor and beach area but far enough away that it is safe and quiet. Just a quick drive to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Please note - I do not like writing a poor review.The property was very new and clean. I do not think it will age well as things were cheaply constructed and already looking like they were wearing. For a home that is supposed to sleep 10 people, we received 56 forks, and about the same number of every other eating utensil and dish. I requested more, but they denied the lack of utensils and never brought anymore to the property. I have never stayed somewhere that does not have the dishes or utensils to accommodate one meal for the amount of people staying. The upstairs hall bath has a drain that does not drain and it was never fixed despite reaching out. The result is a nasty tub that our kids had to stand in while they showered. There is a full garage that is open, but for some reason renters cannot use it to park. This results in 2 parking spots at the home, and hopeful parking in a lot at the far end of the road (these spots are not often available).Find another rental near the beach. This place will only get worse as it ages.
