Newly Renovated 3BR 2BA, Modern Coastal Decor, Family Friendly, Quiet Street

You've found the perfect home for your family vacation! We have plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy time together.

Our "foodie" kitchen makes family food prep a joy! Children will instantly gravitate to the eat-in counter and feel at home using our kid-friendly plates/cutlery, games, and huge outdoor play set. The home sleeps 11 (2 kings, 1 queen, 3 twins, and modular couch) and with blackout curtains in every room you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. Play in the sizable yard or entertain in the dining room (seats 12 comfortably)! Use of 5 pools, tennis, yacht club, and golf course with fee. Beach Club parking included.

After a long day at the beach, come relax in a cozy beach house that features all the amenities of home in a quiet setting. Ocean Pines is 8 miles from 62nd street in Ocean City, 9 miles to 1st street in Ocean City, 4 miles from Ocean Downs Casino, and 15 minutes from Assateague Island. On Saturdays there is a farmers market in White Horse Park. In the neighborhood there are several restaurants/pubs, a yacht club, 4 pools (fee) and golf course with a driving range all located in the Ocean Pines Community. Meanwhile, Ocean City outlets or Historic Berlin are just 10-15 minutes away for all your shopping needs. If you don't like feel like leaving the house you can stay inside and relax with three flat screen televisions with Roku.

- Beach Equipment Provided (4 Chairs, Cooler, Beach Toys, Beach Bag).
- We ask that you please supply your own beach/pool towels, consumables, and toiletries.
- Have to work while you're here? We have high-speed internet, and two of the bedrooms have workspaces.
- Want to keep your fitness routine? We have free weights, a yoga mat, and indoor bike (bring your clip-ins).

Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at this cozy house. It was the perfect location in Ocean Pines, close to everything! The children loved the play set outside, and we got to use the beach pass. The house was well organized and the owners are very responsive and thorough.

OC Pines Week-end Stay

The house was exactly what we expected from a house in the Pines. Shady and quiet - a reasonable drive to the beach in OC and a very short drive from the entrance to the Pines (which is an added bonus). The house is back in nature, so there were lots of birds in the yard and plenty of nice scenery. Close to multiple golf courses, and a convenient ride-share away from the OC nightlife.

Too far to walk to the beach, but nice location mid-way between Ocean City & Assateague. Very well-stocked & clean. Host was very prompt with responses & great to work with!

Very Comfortable Place to Stay

From the beginning I had great communication with the owner. I travelled with my family of 6 and 4 are teenagers. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The pass for Ocean Pines Beach parking worked out great. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect Location!

This was a family stay with two kids 3 and under! The home was clean and perfect for our stay! Property manager was amazing, kind and all around awesome and very attentive! I would highly recommend to any and all going to vacation in the area!

The Best Blue Crab House in Ocean Pines!

EVERYTHING about our stay was beyond amazing! Communication was great, and was always answered right away. It didn’t matter how small of a question it was, as simple as asking for help with the remote, to ordering any supplies such as trash bags, soap, and paper towels. The next morning the order was already on the porch waiting for us! I would highly recommend this property, it accommodates all age ranges, and we are looking forward to staying again, if we don’t become neighbors of Ocean Pines ourselves! Love, The Johnson Family
