  • Godetevi questa bella, nuova, completamente arredata 6 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa a pochi minuti dal porto turistico pubblico. Ogni camera è spaziosa. La sistemazione per la notte può ospitare comodamente fino a 11 persone con 4 letti queen size, letti a castello in 1 camera e un letto king size nella camera da letto principale. C'è anche un'area bar per chi vuole godersi un drink! La casa ha tutto il necessario tra cui una lavanderia e grill sul ponte posteriore.

The rooms were all nice to stay in and the common area was very accommodating for a big group. The house allowed easy access to the beach. The owner was communicative and gave a good idea of what to expect.

You’ll need to bring your own sheets and hope someone is tech savvy in your family to get the TV on. Other than that the stay was great.

Property is centrally located to nearby events. Host responds quickly. Family enjoyed the park with wild ponies. Only drawback was the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning. There were clothes left in drawers and some dirty towels left in one room. Also dusting cobwebs in corners.

Nice place. Very clean. Great stay accomodated 8 adults with no problem. Local to plenty of places to shop, dine, or grab a beverage.

Excellent, great location, close to activities without being right in the middle of the crowds.Short drive to beach and boardwalk. Plenty of space for our large group. Everything we needed was there for our use.

Great vacation rental

The house has plenty of bedrooms to spread out. We found it to be clean and comfortable with good proximity to the beach and Assateage.

Weekend Getaway

Only positive things to say about this location. Johnny was very quick to respond and made everything super easy. Location was a perfect 5-10 minute drive to the board walk and neighborhood was private yet in close distance to everything. Would definitley recommend.

55th Birthday Trip

This was a nice spacious home. Clean and neat. It was 9 of us and no one was on top of one another. We had a great time and it was a short drive from everything especially the beach. Id stay there 10 out of 10 times. We had a blast!

Great house, very clean and well appointed. Bunk room was only issue, not for us but if you have kids it's not a very nice room. Over all pleased with the place. Owner very nice and easy to communicate with.

Me and my family / friends booked here for country calling and it was very spacious! We had 8 adults and one teen and we all fit perfectly . The three bathrooms and 5 bedrooms made it very easy to have space to get ready and not crowd over each other . It was only a short drive to the park and ride and not far from the inlet . Plenty of stores are just a quick drive down the road as well .The host communicated very quickly when we had questions. We would definitely book again !

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach

5 spacious bedrooms. Open livingroom to kitchen floor plan. Large wrap around deck. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. The home was decorated with wonderful beach themed items. Well worth the time spent with our family of 8. But room for more! It is a short drive over the bridge to get to ocean city boardwalk. Close to assateague park as well. Would absolutely recommend and will return in the future! Kudos to our host Johnny! 👏 👏

Less than impressed

The property was not what we expected. There was supposed to be a grill and there wasn’t. There was a hole in the ceiling of the one bedroom. The room with bunk beds is behind the laundry (more of a punishment room than a reward for the kids.) Dirty dishes were left. The outside fence was not fully in tact. Trash was in the trash cans. Contacted the owner to get these problems resolved and was told we could leave. Owner was responsive but fairly unhelpful with resolving issues.

Inside better than outside

I was quite dissatisfied with the property's location. I had not anticipated staying in a mobile home park. I believe the property's location should be stated at booking. It was upsetting to arrive at a mobile home, and it was even more disappointing to have other family members view the site. After entering the property, the setup was surprisingly better than it appeared from the outside. However, we had to contend with a slew of bugs and ants. When Johnny, the property manager, emailed me the address, I googled it and saw a mobile home; I messaged him about my problem, and his response was "you don't have to come." I was offended by his remark because I was not going to lose the money which my family paid. Overall, the trip was satisfactory.

Perfect home for our group!

I was very pleased when we checked into the house. Very spacious - plenty of room for 10 of us (plus extra - if my kids would have been a bit older, we would have put them in the bunk beds instead of in our bed). Beautiful decor - reminded me that I wanted to be at the beach, even when I'd just come from the beach. House was clean - plenty of yard for us to hang in. Appreciated the small details (there were coffee filters - something so small that made a big difference). Very close to the beach/boardwalk. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Property looks nice but it wasn’t cleaned good. Had used and used condoms in the drawer. Pillows on beds are discussing. Pots were pealing in side. Grill was dirty and rusted. The bugs eat you up when you sit outside We had to go buys sheets and towels. The min bathroom shower is like a match box. The property wasn’t worth the money.

The house was great and very spacious. The grill is unusable because of the rust. There was a fitted sheet missing for one of the rooms.
