Summary:
Northside Ocean Pines entire home conveniently located within walking distance to 14 acre Bainbridge Park! The spacious kitchen / dining area contains a breakfast bar and pantry. PLUS another family/sunroom in the rear with more skylights and vaulted ceiling! All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and both bathrooms contain tub/showers. The large paved driveway can easily park 4 cars. Enjoy all of the amenities Ocean Pines has to offer with 5 pools, golf & more! Pet Friendly

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Quiet and Peaceful with Everything you need!

We had a relaxing get away and didn’t have to leave the pups behind. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not empty, people are out walking their dogs, kids are riding their bikes, homeowners grooming their lawns. Short drive to the beach and all the beach attractions. Grocery store and good restaurants nearby. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect for a family getaway. The Host was accommodating and responsive.

Perfect stay

This home was very clean upon arrival, all information needed for our stay was provided in advance and communicated several times leading up to and after arrival. Location was great- close enough to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, the community had amenities including a pool with convenient access to the beach. Quiet area to walk- which was needed as the property doesn’t really have grass for any pets. Although we were there during a rainy time, we had a great time - the house had board games and books which was a plus! Would definitely stay there again and will book directly through the company to avoid the added fees.

Nice getaway and close to OCMD!

This house was perfect for a family of 3 and our large fur baby for a beach getaway. Plenty of floor space, huge kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Very relaxing, cozy atmosphere with a beachy feel. We were only 15-20 minutes from ocean city, which was great! We took a lot of family walks around the community after a long day at the beach, and they were always just so peaceful. Our host was easy to get in touch with if needed. No complaints and would highly recommend!

The house was exactly as expected and was very clean. Enjoyed our time away with family in a nice clean home that was in a great neighborhood and close to so many things to do!! Thank you!
