Pet Policy:
One well-behaved pup is permitted with our pre-approval unless explicitly agreed upon. Please send us a message with your dog’s details. *Our townhouse is not fenced, so guests/pet owners are responsible for pets staying on the property. Pups may not be left unattended unless crated.
Guest access:
The entire townhouse and garage are yours to enjoy! 2 closets are blocked to restock and organize guest/owner supplies. The garage is currently full of supplies and other things to fill the day with fun.
The kitchen includes much more than you’ll need to cook while relaxing during your vacation. We have a toaster, blender, crockpot, waffle maker, griddle, microwave, and much more.
Within the community, you can use any of the third party five pools, tennis courts, and golf course for a small fee. Please visit ocean pines dot org for details about amenities and schedules of activities. Additional fees may apply for pets and > 3 guests (see house rules) to account for added laundry, cleaning, linens, and supplies. Please ensure your reservation is made for the most accurate number of guests.
Our bay and canal views may be obscured by the full bloom of the trees. From the front porch, gazing out at the parking lot, one can observe the water adjacent to Pines Point. This view is also accessible from the upstairs guest balcony. Additionally, the water at the dock between the house can be seen to the right and the canal can be seen to the left. It is important to note that a water view differs from a waterfront view.
