Each of the five bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The large first floor master bedroom and ensuite full bath provides a great retreat with a sofa and a television for those times you want to get away from the crowd. The waterfront location provides a dock (you can dock a boat here) and a boatlift (outfitted for a pontoon boat) and allows for easy access to water activities, and you may even catch a glimpse of local wildlife. Two single kayaks and a double kayak can be used to explore the canals and the St. Martin River. And the screened in porch has an inviting hot tub for your relaxation after a long day.

Ocean Pines has 5 community pools and the fee is $10 ($6 for children) when you tell them you are staying in Ocean Pines.
The Ocean Pines Yacht Club restaurant is open to the public and has live music on the waterfront patio Thursday-Sunday starting at 6pm during the season.
Parking Notes: There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the court.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $100. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.
