La nostra casa si trova su un canale appena fuori dal fiume St Martins / Bay. Siamo animali domestici fino a (2) cani con una tassa. Ocean Pines è veramente un gioiello situato a soli 5 km da Ocean City e l'Oceano Atlantico. La comunità dispone di quattro piscine esterne, una piscina coperta, un campo disegnato da golf a 18 buche, nuovo yacht club, due porti turistici. una sala della comunità, un complesso di tennis, campi da calcio, campi da baseball, campi da basket, numerosi laghi, e numerosi parchi, campi da gioco, percorsi pedonali, e un nuovo parco di skateboard. Ocean City Beach Club con spiaggia parcheggio, piscina, snack bar, bar tiki e servizi igienici e docce con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Ocean City. Contemporary Waterfront Home con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 11 posti letto comodamente. Portico con vista sul canale. Direct TV e internet wireless. Cucina completamente attrezzata, AC centrale, lavatrice / asciugatrice, animali ammessi. Affitti settimanali durante la stagione estiva hanno accesso a tutte le piscine, (4) pass per il nuoto e (1) pass per il parcheggio sono inclusi con gli affitti settimanali del 1 ° giugno di giugno.


Ocean Pines Community: Ocean Pines è una preminente comunità residenziale situata sulla costa orientale del Maryland. Nice home, but needs updating.

We enjoyed our stay -- especially that we could have our dogs with us. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation when we arrived. The ants were in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The owner was very responsive and had an exterminator come out. However, we still had to throw out some food and ended up with ant bites. The twin bed mattresses need to be updated.

A home away from home at 3 Clipper Court

My husband and I and our little dog enjoyed our stay.It was comfortable and spacious with all of the amenities we could ask for. Our hosts were there for us whenever we had a question of any kind. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home in a lovely setting by the water.

Winter Retreat

We traveled to Maryland to escape the single digit temps in the Poconos mountains. This home was clean, cozy and just what we expected from the listing photos. The location is quiet and the King Bed in the main suite was very comfy. We have been to Ocean Pines twice and definitely will return to this VRBO property!

Well equipped house in a great location. Plenty of room for 6 or 8 people with a great open kitchen and living room. Communication with owner was easy and she responded to. Calls quickly.

Quaint quiet get away

The neighborhood was very nice as were the neighbors. Property was “as shown in pics”. When we came, the weather was not nice so we didn’t get time to use the enclosed porch or deck. It would have been nice. Close to everything we needed and only a 20 min drive to the beach. Overall the stay was very nice. Bring your own sheets, bath mats, towels etc. other amenities are def available. I give it 4.5 stars overall. Beautiful place and scenery.

October getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the beach is not far, the playground was great, the house was clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants, shopping, activities and the beach was just a short drive away.

Always a great stay

Sue's wonderful home is always extremely clean & welcoming as we walk through the door. We have stayed several times & love the house & location. The open LR, DR & kitchen is amazing, especially for large families. We've had a full Thanksgiving dinner there & had everything we needed & then some. Love the screened porch & the deck for coffee or drinks. Being on the canal is so very peaceful & it's an easy walk to the pool, tennis courts & lovely path to the water. We were there during TS Ophelia & it was extremely windy & we had pouring rain, but we felt very safe & were completely dry. This was a last minute trip & we were very fortunate that Sue was able to work with us & secure our stay. Very grateful. Sue is the best! We will definitely try to rent Sue's beautiful home in the future. Thank you SO much!

Relaxing Getaway

Our family enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week in Ocean Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Easily accomodates pets. The house was clean, cozy and stocked with everything needed for cooking. We did encounter a small problem with the lockbox, but this was easily resolved. Within a short drive to everything we needed to enjoy the vacation!

Wonderful week!

Our 6 adults and 3 year old Grandgirl really enjoyed our stay here! Sadly for us , we had ALOT of rain but the house was spacious and very well equipped with great appliances, clean counter space and any kitchen gadget , dishes, tableware etc that you could think of . Nice screened in porch as well. Beds were comfy , some ant action was going on but we put a few extra ant traps down and it was fine. We get them in our home when it gets damp and warm so certainly not any issue. You can see the owner keeps up the property maintenance, would stay again!

Love this house. We've stayed several times over the years. Beach-season, off-season, once during a hurricane warning... It's on the water, pool is a short walk away, beautiful sunsets and the house is stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Definitely will continue to return!

Great family getaway

Well, it does need to be updated, but, great place for a family getaway. Home has a large open living area in the center with a bedroom (king bed and bunk beds) and full bath to the left and two bedrooms (one with a queen, the other with a king and bunk beds) and another full bath to the right. Sceened in outdoor space and gated front and back decks which was great for our dog. Loads of dogs in the area! There is so much to do in the OP community, great park for children, skateboard park, awesome farmers market on Saturdays, pool, golf, restaurants, and more. Ocean Pines is close to shops, restaurants, casino and racetrack, the beach, and loads of entertainment for the kids. We'll return!
