Yes, we are located very close to Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg, two of the most popular districts of Berlin, within walking distance of two public transport stations and right across from a supermarket, pharmacy and lots of other shops. The hostel, including all rooms, corridors and bathrooms is cleaned on a daily basis, this is also checked by our housekeeping manager. We are sorry to see that our hostel was not to your satisfaction. Our reception is 24 hours open.
