The apartment features two bedrooms, a bright living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a comfortable stay close to BER Airport and the Adlershof science center.
The Space:
This newly built apartment offers a comfortable and practical layout with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The apartment includes:
• a living room with sofa bed and Smart TV
• a fully equipped kitchen
• two bedrooms
• a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine
One bedroom features a double bed (1.40 m).
The second bedroom is accessed via a ladder and offers two single beds (90 cm) which can be arranged together or separately.
The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
The apartment is ideal for 2–4 guests, while up to 6 guests can stay comfortably for shorter visits.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• refrigerator with freezer
• coffee machine
• kettle
• microwave
• dishwasher
• toaster
• cookware, dishes and cutlery
The living room includes a 36-inch Smart TV with HDMI connection. Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services can be used with your own accounts.
High-speed Wi-Fi allows you to work remotely or stream without issues.
Please note: the entrance area and front garden are still being completed after the renovation of the house. Inside, the apartment is fully finished and ready to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests enter the house through the main entrance and reach the apartment via the stairs to the first floor.
Your host lives in the same building and is available if you need assistance.
