Welcome to Penny's Place! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cul-de-sac single family home. Located close to Ocean City and Assateague but set in a quiet wooded area. We offer fresh crisp linens and small amenities to provide additional convince and comfort.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths single family home. Includes, kitchen, dining area, living room and sunroom. Master boosts king bed with tuft and needle foam mattress, fan, overhead lighting, bedside lamps and en suite bathroom with shower only. First guest bedroom includes double foam mattress, dimmable overhead lighting and designated work area with lamp. Second guest bedroom includes two twin foam mattresses, dimmable overhead lighting, small bookshelf and side table with lamp. Hall bath includes large vanity, bathtub and shelfs for extra storage.

Enjoy our living room with large sectional and 85 inch TV perfect for watching a game or Ms. Rachel. Additionally, it has dimmable overhead lighting and fan, floor lamp, entry with shoe rack and coat closet. Kitchen has upgraded fridge, dishwasher and gas range. Newer high-end washer and dryer in laundry closet accessible through the kitchen. Directly off this area is our sunroom, with many windows for a beautiful view of the greenery in the backyard and exit to patio. Many games and puzzle for those rainy days or late-night hang outs.

First aid kit in hall bathroom and under kitchen sink. Smoke detectors in every room, hallway and kitchen. Carbon monoxide alarm in master and twin room. Fire extinguishers under kitchen sink.
