    The Space:

    The apartment is located in the quiet rear building in Berlins most bustling district Prenzlauer Berg. The former commercial unit is converted into a 1 bedroom apartment and offers 55 m² space for up to 6 guests. The living room offers a single bed and two comfortable sofas, which can be converted into a single and a double bed, as well as a flat-screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dining table. The daylight bathroom has a shower and WC. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience just a stone's throw away from Mauerpark & Schönhauser Allee.

    Getting Around:

    S- and U-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee is just a 5 minutes walk. There are tram and bus stations within a few minutes as well.

Ganz anders als auf Bildern dargestellt

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und haben uns schon mehrfach Wohnungen gemietet aber so etwas dreckiges haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir kamen an und es war nicht Ansatzweise so vorzufinden, wie die überarbeiteten Bilder es dargestellt hatten. Es war unfassbar dreckig. Im Kühlschrank befand sich Schimmel, der Boden klebte, es stank in der Wohnung unfassbar stark. 3 Betten waren frisch bezogen aber eines war noch alt und vom Vorgänger drauf gelassen. Im Abstellraum wurde einfach die alte, dreckige Bettwäsche reingeworfen und überall lagen enorm viele Staubknäule. Die Wohnung ist wie ein Keller, es kommt kaum Tageslicht rein, was aber nicht schlimm war. Als wir ankamen, mussten wir Putzmittel kaufen und haben knappe 3 Stunden geputzt. Ein Staubsauger gab es nicht, so dass man den Staub nicht überall wegbekam. Mit kleinen Kindern konnte man sich nicht wohlfühlen. Der Gestank war das Schlimmste und dieses Gefühl von Unreinheit, hat uns eine Nacht früher abreisen lassen. Das Beste war die Firma Homearis. Die waren mehr als kompetent und haben auf jedes Anliegen sofort reagiert. Wir haben die letzte Nacht vollständig erstattet bekommen und man hatte das Gefühl, dass es Ihren Ansprüchen auch überhaupt nicht entgegen kam und es wurde sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Ich schätze es wurde einfach zu wenig bis gar nicht überprüft was in der Wohnung passiert.
